2. What Personal Data We Collect

• Identity data: your full name and the name of the song recipient
• Contact data: your email address
• Order data: song details, occasion type, language preference, musical style, and any personal stories you share
• Payment data: processed by Stripe Inc. (card payments) or directly on-chain (crypto payments) — we never store card or full wallet details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics — only where you have given cookie consent

4. How Long We Retain Your Data

Order data is retained for 3 years for legal compliance, then securely deleted. You may request early deletion at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.

6. International Data Transfers

Stripe and Formspree are US-based and may process data outside the EEA. We ensure Standard Contractual Clauses are in place as required by GDPR.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on SongsToImpress.com you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. The Service

We provide bespoke personalised song creation. Songs are available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Romanian as standard. Other languages on request.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Prices are in EUR; USD and GBP are approximate reference equivalents
• Card payments are processed by Stripe Inc.; we do not store card details
• Crypto payments are made directly on-chain to our published wallet addresses; your order is confirmed once the transaction is verified on the blockchain
• We reserve the right to refuse any order, with a full refund issued

4. Delivery

• Basic: within 48 hours of receiving your completed order form
• Premium: priority delivery within 24 hours of receiving your completed order form
• Songs are delivered as MP3 via email

5. Revisions

Revisions included per plan (none for Basic; two for Premium). Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Intellectual Property & Licence

• Upon full payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private non-commercial use
• Commercial use requires a separate written written licence agreement
• The composition and master recording remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by EU consumer protection law. We encourage informal resolution first at contact@songstoimpress.com. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
